Residence La Cota Quinta offers holiday apartments immersed in the unspoiled nature of the eastern coast of Elba Island, between the picturesque bays of Nisporto and Nisportino. The property overlooks one of the island's most wild and scenic stretches of coastline, surrounded by the Mediterranean scrub of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park.
Built during the years of the Roman Dolce Vita on the remains of an ancient lime kiln, the residence still retains some original structures and enjoys a stunning sea view visible from the balconies and common terraces.
The property features 9 apartments (studios, one-bedroom, and a two-bedroom), furnished in marine style and distributed over multiple levels. Each accommodation is equipped with a private entrance, balcony or porch equipped with table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and television.
Guests have access to two private parking spaces within the property. The Nisporto beach, equipped and easily reachable, is about 300 meters away and offers services such as a bar, restaurant, and small supermarket. The area is also ideal for snorkeling, diving, and trekking along the Elban coastal trails.
Residence La Chiusa di Rio is located about 2 km from the historic village of Rio nell’Elba, in the eastern part of the island, in a quiet position surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean countryside. The property is set within a park of about 1,400 m² with olive groves, vineyards, and fruit trees.
The residence consists of three different structures with independent access: Villa Grassera, the Dependance, and La Mimosa. The common area features a panoramic swimming pool (8 x 16 m) with a relaxation area and a small Kneipp path, as well as a cellar where guests can taste and purchase the wine produced by the estate.
Villa Grassera is a spacious villa of about 150 m² that can accommodate up to 6/8 people, featuring a large living room with a fireplace, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The Dependance houses two modern studios with independent entrances, while La Mimosa includes a rustic and a building with apartments of various types, all with terrace or equipped porch.
Thanks to its location, the residence serves as an ideal base for discovering some of the most beautiful beaches in the eastern part of the island, such as Nisporto, Nisportino, Topinetti, Cala Seregola, and Ortano. Nearby, there are also numerous trails for trekking and mountain biking, as well as the charming village of Rio nell’Elba with services, restaurants, and places of historical interest.
